I could not fault the service - they made our daughters move easier and friendly.
The ***** Birmingham really did make a huge mistake over transfer and all members of staff made it all seem better.
Can not thank them enough for their support and friendly manner.

Both staff members were helpful, polite and ensured we got to our destination safely and on time.
The vehicle was adequate for our purposes and the staff ensured our comfort throughout.
Of particular value was the willingness of the staff to assist in the escorting in and out of the court to facilitate smoke breaks - a significant factor in maintaining the patient in a calm and settled frame of mind.
A timely and professional service.

Our experience of Rapid & Secure Services have all been good.
The transfer of our patient on Monday 6 September was handled very well with attention to safety and planning.
Staff are pleasant and very amenable, helpful and reliable.
Vey pleased on the whole with the services provided.
